Switching layout changes the legends, not the codes: `code` always names the physical switch, so the key marked Z on AZERTY still reports KeyW. The ISO board also adds the key beside the left Shift that ANSI does not have.

Hold several keys at once. A membrane keyboard usually stops at 2 or 3 simultaneous letters; a mechanical board with n-key rollover keeps counting.
